Account deletion
Delete your AutoHisaab account.
An account is optional, and it only ever held your email address. Your transactions and SMS were never on our side to begin with.
01 Request deletion
- Email mustafasidhpuri13@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “AutoHisaab account deletion request”.
- We confirm the request came from the account owner.
- We delete your account from Firebase Authentication, usually within 7 days and always within 30, and reply to confirm.
02 What gets deleted
- Your email address;
- Your password hash;
- Your Firebase user ID and sign-in metadata (creation and last sign-in time).
Nothing is kept after deletion. We hold no other data about your account.
03 Data on your phone
Your transactions, the original SMS behind them, categories and settings live only on your device, so we cannot delete them for you — and deleting your account does not touch them. To remove them, use Settings → Apps → AutoHisaab → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the App. If you exported a backup, delete that file from wherever you saved it.
04 Advertising data
Ad data is held by Google, not us, and is tied to your device's advertising ID rather than your account. Reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. See the privacy policy for details.
